Load class first, exposure second, square footage last.
What We Need to Spec It
Send as much of this as you have:
- What crosses the deck — vehicle type, forklift class, equipment weight
- How much of the traffic turns in place, and whether there are ramps or slopes
- Deck construction: plate, corrugated profile, or composite; gauge and finish
- Exposure — covered, fully exposed, coastal, de-icing salt, wash-down chemicals
- Current condition, including corrosion at connections, welds, and joints
- Joint, drain, curb, and penetration details — photos help enormously
- Square footage, access, and how many hours of shutdown are available
You will get back a load-class specification, a DFT target, an aggregate grade for the traction surface, prep standards, detail guidance, and coverage math.
Applicators, waterproofing contractors and distributors: include your region and approximate annual volume and we will attach the wholesale schedule and submittal package.
